Everything went great till the end. Everything went fine till my wife stayed to bring the car home. We were told we could pay by check or credit card, when she went to financial she was Everything went fine till my wife stayed to bring the car home. We were told we could pay by check or credit card, when she went to financial she was told she could only put $ 5 ,000.00 on it. They made her drive 38 miles home in traffic and back again. They could have followed her home,let us mail a check,or pick up a check the next day. We both thought this was very strange and a big waste of our time. If I would have been there I would of had second thought of buying. We were treated very unfairly, like second class citizens. I called them and asked if they would upgrade our tire package for the inconvenience but haven't herd a word back. More

I purposely drive an additional 15mi north to this dealership just for the service alone! It is unmatched! My Service Advisor Eric, ROCKS!! He takes the time to listen to ALL of your vehicle issues and questions, gives helpful advice and makes recommendations too! You can tell he is eager to help you with your needs and get you taken care of in an easy, but professional manner! I have been fortunate to use a couple of the various Infiniti loaner vehicles when having work done... allowing me to experience the different options available to me when considering my next vehicle! Their waiting area is upscale, stocked with complimentary snacks, beverages and their own alkaline water! This location is truly one of the best! Keep it up Scottsdale Infiniti! More
