This is the first Infiniti I've ever bought (Lexus/Mercedes prev) and this was my very first service on my new car. I was expecting a step down in service b/c of the great service I had from Le (Lexus/Mercedes prev) and this was my very first service on my new car. I was expecting a step down in service b/c of the great service I had from Lexus (not SRQ), but this is the best service I've ever had at a dealership. Guy and Perry were great to work with and you could tell they really cared about my car and my satisfaction and I look forward to working with them in the future. If the car performs as good as the dealership, I'll be staying with Infiniti. The sales dept is def not on the same level however, b/c they were supposed to fix the windshield of my car but sales rep has never called me back. Also sold me a warranty which I realized later I didn't need b/c of the mfr warranty, which was fine, no prob there, but I later decided to cancel it and got refunded for the warranty but they refused to refund the sales tax I paid on the warranty or issue service credit etc. More
