I ask what is that much Michael said that they replaced battery? I said : “ remember when you ask me I said no because I do not think anything is wrong with my battery , if I need I will replace somewhere ,,, he said no , after I said where is your paperwork , my authorization , initials ,, anything he said he will see if they can find my old battery ? , and put it back ???, but may take some time … after 2 hours and 40 minutes [ I was waiting their]. I told him fine give me my car I have to go I can NOT afford to be here all day, then after I got out they can NOT find mt car!!! I would like to show my bill to the world: $ 50.00 for fuse replacement? $ 127.00 oil change, $ 20.00 tire rotation, $ $ 172.00 battery replacement, $ 35.00 shop supplies?? Total bill $ $ 434.78 and almost 3 hours of waiting [ supposed to be oil change] People try to stay away of Infiniti of Sarasota Service department Edin K. More

In general Infiniti is not worth the money Have a 2013 jx 35 took it in for ac problems last year and was charge for o rings $580 after that I mentioned noise coming from the ac I was told ther Have a 2013 jx 35 took it in for ac problems last year and was charge for o rings $580 after that I mentioned noise coming from the ac I was told there was nothing wrong I also told them it was not cooling enough but I was told this was normal and that they checked the temperature one year later ac stop working completely Infiniti wanted to charge me $2700 to fix the ac how is it that a 2013 vehicle has AC problems did I purchase a KIA. I was thinking of buying the new Qx60 but I will never buy an Infiniti again I’ve had Honda’s Toyota’s and never have a problem inifinit is a disposable car use it a couple of years and then they start ripping you off. Don’t buy Infiniti I should of bought Mercedes instead of the jx 35. More
Never again... So, here’s the situation… I purchased a 2013 Infiniti in October of 2016. The vehicle seemed like a great deal at the time, maybe too good a deal. Les So, here’s the situation… I purchased a 2013 Infiniti in October of 2016. The vehicle seemed like a great deal at the time, maybe too good a deal. Less than two months into the purchase I had to have an oil change (I had put all of 900 miles on the vehicle) they did not cover it. I also within the first 30 days replaced the wipers, also not covered. Within six months, I have had to replace the tires, which I was told by my sales person that they had replaced two of them. Why not all four? The two they “replaced” were down over 50% tread (when they were replaced by me) and I have at his point put on about 3800 miles. Within the first five months, I also had to replace the brake pads. One weird thing I noticed too… The foot rest for the driver (which is plastic) was apparently broken and held in place with, wait for it, double stick tape, which I did not notice until the first time I had it detailed. Do not get me wrong, I love the vehicle, just not all the problems I have had to take care of in the first six months. These are things that any dealer I thought would have taken care of prior to putting a vehicle on the lot for sale; tires replaced, wipers replaced, OIL CHANGE, brake pads??? Anyway, take what you will from my review. I am looking to purchase a second vehicle, sadly it will not be through this Infiniti dealer. More
To much assumption on my expense. I dropped the car off with the bad mass air flow sensor. The part was suppose to be under warranty. I got the call from them that the air filter box i I dropped the car off with the bad mass air flow sensor. The part was suppose to be under warranty. I got the call from them that the air filter box is damaged and that is why the sensor went bad. I asked the question what makes them so sure if that's the reason I was told we assume that is the reason. Well they assumption costed a quick $470 at that point. $269.00 for a part that is $50 - $100 anywhere else. "They states the partnumber of the part on the work form" wasn't hard to check online. Work was 1 hour for $135.00. The part is being held in place with 2 bolts. I would say 15 minutes top. Also got charged for shop supply $35. I think that's just something they charg anyone minimum. Well me personally won't return for another round. Did have a little chat with one of the main tech and He was deffenetly a great person but not $470 great. More

We looked at every SUV that would fit our needs and there was always an issue! We walked into Infiniti of Sarasota and from the very first minute experienced customer service. They are always there to open the door as you enter and we loved our experience with Dave Hartzell. After talking with at least 15 salesman Dave was a welcome relief in both service and ensuring we had everything we needed without being pushy. On our first visit we walked out and my husband said "I like him" ... and he hates car shopping. We liked every aspect and detail of the QX60 over all of the comparable cars on the market (Lexus, Audi, Acura) and we looked at them all. It is a beautiful car and the dealership from sales to finance to delivery was perfect, welcoming and ready to make sure we were happy. Stop by and visit and make sure you ask for Dave. He will take good care of you and your family. More
