Great Experience My wife and I were looking to buy a new SUV and we went to 10 to 15 dealerships. When we first went to Infiniti around closing time, Kevin did not hes My wife and I were looking to buy a new SUV and we went to 10 to 15 dealerships. When we first went to Infiniti around closing time, Kevin did not hesitate to help us check out the models and even offered to stay late. We then had a Top 5 list and we changed to crossover SUV and went back to Infiniti. Kevin remembered what we were originally looking for and reviewed the new features and differences for the new model. That is good recollection. We went back the 3rd time and Kevin, in a short period of time, allowed us to drive the car and check it out. He even showed up some of the features and help us with our questions. Kevin created a honest and comfortable environment. He was the best Customer relationship Officer of all of the dealerships we visited. When it was time to buy, we told him that we are not into price bartering and to give us a price. When we got the price offer, we accepted it promptly (which we have never done) and now we are proud owners of 2019 Infiniti QX60. More
