Best Infinity dealership in Florida We have purchased several cars from this dealership and have had 4 serviced here regularly. Our 12 year old M35 just got traded in. We had a problem We have purchased several cars from this dealership and have had 4 serviced here regularly. Our 12 year old M35 just got traded in. We had a problem while we were in Ft Lauderdale where the dealer declined to provide a loaner because the car was older than 2015. This was our first bad experience at Infiniti. Our son also had two unpleasant experiences with the Tallahassee Infiniti dealership when he serviced his G25. All dealers are not alike we have learned. This Sarasota dealership not only has provided loaners no matter how old the car is, but has also changed the oil at no charge. As a result, we now have a 2018 QX60. The deciding factor is how the dealership treats its customers. There are more reasonable cars out there, but I can't rationalize poor customer service. We will always be a household of Infiniti drivers as long as there is a Sarasota Infiniti. Our recent purchase was a used Kia. One of the least expensive vehicles we have ever bought. We use it as a commuter car. The salesman not only prepped this car for us, but also gave me flowers. I have never had that experience before. Who does that? Only Sarasota Infiniti. More
