But the Team at Infinity of Sarasota from the porter to the salesman to the Sales managers to the GM were a class act all the way. No high pressure sales pitches. Just pleasant and knowledgeable individuals ready to serve. I have to admit, I have never considered an Infinity, I was there to look a preowned car of another make, but once I drove the QX 60. I was sold. I have been an Acura guy for 25 years. My wife drives a Mercedes and she is looking at an infinity for her next car as well. Great jobs guys! Keep it up. More

Purchasing a Certified Pre-owned vehicle This was our second Infiniti purchase from this dealership and salesman. We were very happy with our first experience. Not so much this time. We This was our second Infiniti purchase from this dealership and salesman. We were very happy with our first experience. Not so much this time. We traded our 2015 Q50S for a QX50. During this process it was pointed out that our old car had bumper damage from hitting a high curb that would reduce its value by $600. This proved to be rather ironic. The day that we picked up our QX50 we took a nice ride and had lunch. We then went home, parked in the garage and noticed a substntial gouge in the middle of the rear bumper. We of course inspected the vehicle prior to purchasing, but did not notice the damage. It was much more visible in the shade than in bright sunlight. At lunch we parked well away from other cars and did not believe the damage ocurred during that time. The dealer was contacted and agreed to touch up the scraped paint, all the while implying that the damage must have occurred while we were parked having lunch because it was thoroughly inspected. This was really bothering me because I could not see how it could happen. The next day after returning home after the touch up, I got the bright idea of looking at the photos of the vehicle from the dealer website. The damage was clearly visible on the photo of the rear end if you knew where to look and existed prior to our purchase. When this was pointed out to the salesman we were told that "we never said it was a new car". The "Certified Pre-Owned Inspection Checklist" completed by the dealership and signed by a technician, service manager and used vehicle manager stated that in item #157 that the "Bumpers and fascia free of gouges and mismatched paint". This obviously was not true. We blame ourselves for not noticing the damage prior to purchase. It would have been a deal breaker. If we did notice it and point it out I believe the dealer may have provided what they call a "We Owe" for the repair. This was done at our first purchase for the repair of scuffed wheel rims, and one of the reasons we came back. The lesson learned is that one should never forget that buying a used car is the same as it has always been. It is still "caveat emptor" no matter how beautiful the building and amicable the staff. More

Warm welcome but chilly waiting room! After reviewing my service requests, I felt confident that all would be addressed. However, it did take longer than I was led to expect. ( I think it was mainly waiting for the car to be washed. ) Everything was accomplished and the car is running very well. Can something be done about the very chilly waiting room? It is a beautiful room but I felt as if I was sitting in an igloo!! ( May all my complaints be so trite.) More
Great service as always Super easy. Within one week was able to get exactly the car I wanted over email. Traded in old car and was out in an hour. Two other dealers are close Super easy.
