Always a peasant experience I recently purchased a certified preowned QX60 and noticed the windshield washers weren't working. I stopped by to speak with our salesman George just to see if I was doing something incorrectly. He checked a few things for me and took it back to the service department. They quickly figured out the pump was bad and replaced it on the spot!! They couldn't have been friendlier!!! More
