When it came to upgrading both mine and my husband’s cars, our service manager recommended Kevin. From the moment we met with him, to the time we left with our new cars, we were treated professionally, felt cared for, and overall we knew Kevin had our best interest at heart. We had a budget we wanted to stick to, and Kevin worked with his team to make sure it happened. Car buying is usually the worst (am I right?). But with Kevin, it went wonderfully! Kevin went above and beyond, right down to installing weather mats, calling my insurance company, and offering his charger for my 8 year old’s dying iPod. He also sat with me in the car, even though I knew he had other stuff to do, to help sync my phone and show me all the features. I would highly recommend him! He’s the best! More

Standard oil change Had planned a visit for a standard oil change on my 2010 and the diagnosis was I needed four tires, hoses, alignment and a power steering fluid change Had planned a visit for a standard oil change on my 2010 and the diagnosis was I needed four tires, hoses, alignment and a power steering fluid change which I wasn't expecting. However, when researching the price of tires outside of the dealership price, I found it to be competitive and since my car was already there, I purchased four tires. I had hoped the alignment would be included but that was additional $150 not expected but again the car was already there. With summer approaching I didn't want to get stranded without A/C so the hose replacement although pricy again, had it done. $1100 later, I picked up my vehicle. Enjoyed the loaner car and Guy's prompt service and text messages were valuable to me. Loved the M loaner, a treat to drive. More
