I had a first-rate car buying experience with this dealership. I was trying to replace a car that was totaled in an accident; therefore, I did not have a trade-in and I was not in the mood for car buy dealership. The newly renovated showroom is attractive. Too bad the service unit has to be below. Service customers do have a waiting lounge, but access to do showroom is by elevator, not clearly marked. This was the worst form of customer service I have experienced from an Infiniti dealership. Kimberly Stewart showed just how racist she could be and I am appalled by how she ignored me for the first 1 experienced from an Infiniti dealership. Kimberly Stewart showed just how racist she could be and I am appalled by how she ignored me for the first 15 minutes I was there for an appointment she schedules for me and then she waited another 5 minutes after a different service representative told her that I was about to leave because no one acknowledged that I was there for a 1 o'clock appointment.
