Mark is the best salesperson that I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Mark showed me everything about my new car and even took the time to program my navigation so I could get home. I was very impressed by the small things he did to help me get out of the dealership as fast as possible i.e. while I was in finance Mark put all my keys on my new key fob, got all my manuals, plates, and paperwork together and in a bag. Mark is the first car salesperson that has ever helped me unload all my crap from my old car to my new one. Mark definitely has a customer for life. More

I was looking for a specific used Lexus SUV model and found it on the web at Gunn Infiniti. I had to drive from Austin down to San Antonio see it. I worked with Paul Pedraza who was very nice on the phone and made sure it was still in stock and that it would be there when I made it. Paul was very nice and I didn't feel any of the sales pressure you typically think of when you go to buy a car -- he was just looking to fit my needs. I decided to buy it. I had a unique time pressure in that I had to be back in Austin for my four year old niece's birthday party. Paul took on the challenge, and with not nearly enough time to get things done, got my financing, paperwork, trade-in stuff, etc. all done in record time. I really appreciated it, since it meant not having to drive back down to San Antonio a second time. All in all, a very comfortable, high-service buying experience. I would buy from this dealership again. More

I had the privilege of working with Eddie Ramirez at Gunn Infiniti, San Antonio, TX in purchasing a 2009 Toyota corolla. I had called him and explained what I have been looking for. I specifically told him t Infiniti, San Antonio, TX in purchasing a 2009 Toyota corolla. I had called him and explained what I have been looking for. I specifically told him that I was looking for a black 2009 Toyota Corolla with an S trim and a sun roof. I also explained that I did not want to be paying more than $300 for a monthly payment. After hearing what I was looking for he told me that he was going to do all that he can to find it, but in the case that he did not find it he wanted to know if there was another vehicle in mind. I then emphasized how badly I've wanted this car and wasn't thinking about anything else. After we hung up, I figured he wasn't going to get my car, since it seemed hard to find, and therefore spoke to two other dealerships. Literally Eddie was the only dealer who had called me the following day and told me he found my car! I couldn't believe it, he was the ONLY dealer who got back to me that fast and with the exact vehicle that I have been looking for. He even sent me a picture of the vehicle! I went right over that same day to look at the car. When I arrived at the dealership and Eddie showed me the vehicle he surprised me with not only what I wanted but exceeded my expectations! The vehicle had black, leather interior, on top of that windows tinted! Eddie continued to surprise me with financing the vehicle at the lowest interest rate possible. He was able to get my monthly payments down to $240. It goes far beyond words how grateful I am for Eddie's hard work to ensure that I get the best. He took the time to explain to me things like the extended warranty and the gap insurance. I personally work for a financial institution, and constantly hear horror stories that customers bring me that they experience with dealerships and dealers. I can honestly and proudly give my customers Eddie's business card and share my wonderful story with them all. It is great businessmen like Eddie Ramirez that I would trust my business with any day. When it is time to purchase another vehicle I will definitely get in touch with Eddie. Matter of fact I've already passed out several of his business cards to close friends and family. He is an extremely hard worker and honest which is difficult to find these days.
