I spoke with David Nasr the day before and set up an appointment, he was there on time to get the deal done. He made me feel confident and comfortable about my purchase, after the test drive and we got back to the dealership; within minutes I was filling out my paperwork and David was congratulating me on my new car. Went to finance to finalize the deal and was greeted by Justin Mansell and he was very polite, funny and explained everything in detail. All in all, it was a great experience at the dealership and I've been bragging ever since. More
worst customer experiance ever! About four weeks ago, I went in to this establishment to look at some cars with one of my friends. JT Merrill come out and greeted us and showed us some of the inventory they had. We look around the car lot and we saw a 2015 Infiniti sport QX 70. I liked it except for the color stitching on the leather seats and the black wheels and JT Merrill recommended me to see the non sport. He set up an appointment the following day for me to test drive the non sport QX 70. Next day I got out of work and went straight over to Gunn Infiniti and to my surprised JT Merrill did not show up to the appointment. I was being helped by Jay now (not a good feeling but ok), I test drive the QX 70 non sport and I fall in love with this vehicle. I was willing to put down $24000 dollars in cash and I was already approved for the remaining balances which I did express that to both sales associates. Jay told us that he was going to introduce the sales manager (Armando Moreno) to us. I am not sure what his problem was (maybe along day) but he look at us from across the show room and just turn round. That is such a non friendly way to treat your potential customer. I did not get a good feeling after that. Jay came back to where we were and tried to come up with an excuse on why Armando Moreno did not wanted to meet us after all. I got the sensation that he is just an arrogant person. After that experience I went to test drive a few more medium size SUVs at Lexus, Mercedes Benz, and BMW. What all these dealerships had in common was superb customer service. Never had I got a negative vibe from none of their employees from the receptionist to the sales manager. I truly liked the 2015 Infiniti QX70 but I was not willing to give them my business especially the way the sales manager (Armando Moreno) look at us. After that incident, I been talking to my coworkers about it and come to my surprised my coworker had the exact same experience with GUNN Infiniti employees. She said she would never buy anything there (She just got a 2015 Lexus 350 from Lexus dealership). It seems like there is a pattern of behavior there. I truly believe they owe me an apology for the way Armando Moreno treated my friend and I. Ever since then I bought my 2015 Infiniti QX70 with premium package of course on a different Infiniti dealership. I still feel I should not have to go outside San Antonio to be able to get good customer service from Infiniti. More

Issac De La Garza is a great salesman. I went looking for a car he was very friendly and welcoming while being very knowledgeable about anything we asked of what was o is a great salesman. After purchasing the car we noticed a small tear in the back leather seat and a stain in the carpet. When I brought this to Mr Padredes attention he didn't hesitate to fix both issues to our satisfaction. Great dealership and friendly people. Mr. Austin provided excellent service and made my car buying experience very pleasurable. Mr. Austin has a great personality which also assisted in making my purchase very satisfying. Mr. Austin even rolled out a red carpet and took photos of my new vehicle purchase. Most people cringe when having to shop for a new vehicle but my experience was completely the opposite. Kudos to Mr. Austin for being an excellent sales person with a great personality! More

I have been taking my FX35 in for service for about 4 years. Although some visits have met expectations several have not. Once my car went in to have the dash board replaced, you think someone is going years. Although some visits have met expectations several have not. Once my car went in to have the dash board replaced, you think someone is going to do a quick look to see if all is in order before returning the car, but I jump in and notice screws on the floor. I point them out to my service advisor, he doesn't know where they go but assures me the car is ready to go. For months I drive the car forgetting about the screws but then notice my center consul wiggles ever time I turn... it turns out the screws go there. When I take it back, its as if I was the one who caused the problem. High prices for mediocre work. They're all very friendly and lots of smiles as they stubbornly tell you..... "don't know, can't do that, that's what it cost"... More
