I've ye I recently bought a used vehicle from them. My salesman offered to reimburse my air fare as I would be flying in from Dallas to pick it up. I've yet to receive a reimbursement check. Secondly, the video of the walk around video of the car which was sent to me indicates the car has new tires. When picking up the car, the tire pressure light was on. I was told it had been reset and simply needed to be driven a set number of miles before the light would reset. After 2 weeks and 600 miles, the tire pressure light is still on. Upon taking it to a tire dealership to have the air checked, 3 of the 4 tires were not only over inflated 5 pounds, but have low tread wear as well and need to be replaced. The 4th tire is the only new tire and was under inflated by 9 pounds. The biggest problem is lack of communication.......big problem! I love the car, but feel they have been less than truthful about what they are selling and no communication to make things correct. More
Worst experience. Just a summary...me and my husband went in to see a vehicle. We were getting a quote for out car, but Talked and decides we would just wait. But had a Just a summary...me and my husband went in to see a vehicle. We were getting a quote for out car, but Talked and decides we would just wait. But had a very difficult time getting out vehicles keys back. Asked several times to get our keys and did not get them. They said you will not leave without a car. We felt pressured into buying a car, on top of that it was late around 11-12 pm. Well my husband stayed filling paper work out and we still did not get our car for about 2 weeks, then the transmission had to be replaced. So we got another car and it has been in the shop for similar problems as the previous car but the service department says nothing is wrong. There is definitely something wrong, but they are no help. Corey is a liar and will tell you whatever you want to hear to make a sale. He does not care, he just wants a sale. More
Worst service experience ever!! Beyond disappointed and fed up with the nonsense and level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability from this dealership. I took my car into th Beyond disappointed and fed up with the nonsense and level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability from this dealership. I took my car into the dealership last year while it was still Gunn Infiniti. Was told that I had some issues and needed to replace my bcm, ipdm among other parts. For starters, the wrong bcm was initially ordered for my vehicle and once the right one was ordered the repair order was not updated to reflect the new part numbers. Not only that my car was damaged by the dealership in the process. Finally got my car back after 3 months of nonsense in the midst of the dealership changing ownership. Fast forward almost a year and my bcm goes out on me. I take the vehicle in to have the bcm replaced since I had not gone over the 12 month/12k mile warranty period only to be told that the parts are not going to be covered because someone at the dealership did not properly annotate the correct part number for the parts that were installed. Now this dealership doesn’t want to honor the warranty because of it and is expecting me to foot the bill for mistakes that were made by personnel from this dealership. My service advisor has done a mediocre job at best of keeping me informed which has led me to visit the dealership countless times to get information only to be screwed over in the process. This type of blatant disregard for mistakes made by a professional organization is completely unacceptable and this will be the last time I ever do business with this establishment. I will definitely be taking my vehicle elsewhere in the future. More
Phenomenal customer service My husband and I went into the dealership to trade in our vehicle and obtain a nice mid-size vehicle for our future family. We were immediately welcom My husband and I went into the dealership to trade in our vehicle and obtain a nice mid-size vehicle for our future family. We were immediately welcomed by Isaac. He was friendly, yet assertive and efficient. My wife and I can really appreciate him and the way he listened to our needs to make sure we left satisfied with our new vehicle. He really went the extra mile to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible. He has been extremely professional and very respectful of our time as well. He definitely sets the standard to carry out the greatness, class, and exuberance of the Infiniti name! We love our new vehicle! Isaac gets a 5 out of 5 in our book. More

Lied to, given the run around and pay for damages that may b I would not recommend this dealership or brand, for anyone looking for a luxury vehicle - look elsewhere! I found a beautiful practically brand-new QX I would not recommend this dealership or brand, for anyone looking for a luxury vehicle - look elsewhere! I found a beautiful practically brand-new QX30 advertised with a little over 8,000 miles on it.I put $1000 down to have the vehicle held for me until I was ready to purchase within the following weeks. I had a great experience with Kyle - he was helpful, knowledgable and was always there to answer all my questions! It was not until I went in to finally purchase and pick up the vehicle did I start having problems with this dealership. First red flag was when the once advertised as a "Certified Pre-Owned" vehicle is now just a "USED" car with no extra warranty other than the "EXTENDED" warranty that is available for sale. I brushed it off since the vehicle was still a great buy and has "LOW MILES" - you'll understand the air quotes in a second. Everything was smooth sailing in finance, low interest rate (brought in pre-approval from RBFCU), purchased the extended warranty and GAP, boom, in and out in 10minutes. Second red flag was during the set up process when the gentleman going through the "new vehicle setup" started to gush over my new car and told me how sweet of a ride it was and how HE JUST DROVE IT BACK FROM EL PASO!!! Little did he know that was never disclosed to me as I was always under the assumption that the vehicle was BEING HELD since I put money down for it. I scroll over to check the milage and notice the "as advertised" 8k mile car now how over 11k miles on it! I go in to inquire on the extra milage and was pretty much told that cars on the lot are sometimes used even if they are in the process of being purchased. I let it go since all the contracts have been signed and still thinking I got a heck of a deal. Third red flag was when service lights start to go off in my car (still with paper plates) stating it needs an oil change, tire rotation, and service B maintenance. I take the vehicle in for service and they tell me that since this is my first oil change with them that it will be FREE, mind you I didn't put but a couple hundred miles on my car - all the miles were from the dealership employees joy riding in it! Adding insult to injury, the inspection was never done when I purchased the vehicle which is the reason I still do not have my Texas plates (fourth red flag). Service took forever - which is already a normal complaint, so I won't go into that, they return my car and I am on my way. Fast forward a week or so (still with paper plates) I notice a paint blemish on the hood of my car starting to bubble and fade about the size of a quarter. I call the dealership asking to speak with a service manager and told I would need a call back for this kind of issue. I leave my contact information and told I should be getting a call shortly (I called late in the afternoon Thursday). Additional fast forward next week Wednesday and still no call from Infiniti of San Antonio, I call and was able to speak to a service rep named Ray. I explain the situation about the paint and he explains that since this is still a new car with PAPER PLATES I should speak to the Used Car Sales Manager. I further inquired on what would cause damage like this? His response "at the end of the day sir, you did buy a USED car" - not the exact kind of answer you would expect from a "Luxury" dealership - that in itself is a laughable statement. I speak to a sales manager by the name of Mac who tells me this is a service issue and I would need to talk to service. (Transferred again to service) and I speak to a woman named Maria who was extremely attentive and heard my concerns and set up an appointment for me to speak with a service manager to inspect the paint issue. I go in the next day and FINALLY pick up my Texas Plates and have the service manager look at my car, everything was running smooth until they bring back my car from being inspected and they proceed to inform me that the damage on my NEWLY PLATED car is from prolonged exposure to BIRD DROPPINGS and that it is NOT covered by Infiniti as a brand or the dealership. They then recommend a paint job since it can spread and cause further damage to my car. I haven't even made my second payment on a 2017 QX Sport and I am pretty much being given a price quote to pay for damage that has a HIGH probability due to the employees putting over 3k miles on my car while it was being HELD for me! DO NOT BUY HERE! Customer Service is abysmal and accountability for employees actions in nonexistent! I spoke to the GM who offers me a FREE oil change for my experience with no resolution for my paint or his EMPLOYEES actions. If you're looking to be lied to, given the run around and pay for damages that may be the dealerships fault - LOOK NO FURTHER THIS IS YOUR PLACE! The ratings are well deserved and speak true to the kind of place this is! More

Website said they had several on the lot. So I called and scheduled an appointment. I was pre approved so all I need to do is pick out the one I want. Show up on a Saturday. Supposedly, they are all sold. Salesman shows me a 2015 with a damaged bumper and a cracked grill. It also had damage along the whole side of the vehicle. Looks like they had hit a tree branch and scuffed the paint for a good 10 feet. We drove it just to get the feel for the model, but not interested in that one for obvious reasons. We walked the lot, he thinks he can get us in to a 2017. I know he can't, but we let him try. What happens next is 4 hours wasted of my life that I will never get back. I'm not mad because we couldn't make a deal. I'm not even angry that they wouldn't negotiate their vehicle price at all. I was just offended at their level of customer service and how they wasted my time with every negotion strategy ever invented. Basically held my keys hostage. He was still trying to negotiate some type of lease for 700$ a month on a new car as was walking out the door. It was just bazaar. Then, we couldn't find my car. We had to walk around their parking lot playing Marco polo with the car alarm. I found the whole thing incredibly rude. I will never attempt to do buisness there again. Went down the road to Infinity of Boerne. Still didn't make a deal, but we were treated with respect and was in and out in 30 mins. More
