Poor customer service I went in for a simple key and programming issue. Kasch and McDermott were both extremely unprofessional, short, and crass. They attempted to find no I went in for a simple key and programming issue. Kasch and McDermott were both extremely unprofessional, short, and crass. They attempted to find no solution for us and left my husband, me, and our two children waiting alone for extended periods of time. From my arrival I was told numerous time “we can’t help you” rather than we value you. We had an IOU but they were unwilling to honor our IOU due to time constraints. They attempted to charge us $400 for something that was their responsibility to honor. We will never buy from Infiniti again due to their unwillingness to truly “hear” us. They were unbending, rude, and lacked proper customer service training. More
