He also listened to all my concerns and answered my questions, not making me feel "rushed". Jericho showed true business acumen for customer service and exuded exceedingly high morals and ethics, which are unfortunately not germane to the car selling industry. He is truly an excellent example of a caring and honest representative of Infiniti of San Antonio's Service Department, whom should be recognized for his professionalism, understanding, compassion and willingness to go the extra mile.
