Waste of Time Don't waste your time visiting this dealership. I went to test drive a corvette and in spite of me having a pre-approved letter from my bank they refused to come down not even ONE DOLLAR off their sales price. Not to mention, the corvette was priced ABOVE the blue book value at $46,399. All I kept hearing from sales person was "it's priced to sell...someone will buy it at that price". Well, I left and went and bought another corvette elsewhere. About a month later...guess what...their corvette was reduced to $41,500. Yes, the same vette I was told "it's a NO HASSLE, NO HAGGLE price". Guess these guys like to collect cars on their car lot. Now I'm kinda glad I walked out that day and decided to give someone else my business. They did not deserve my hard earned money More

YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. I put down a $500 deposit and drove over 3 hours to buy a CPO from this dealership. It turned out that the low mileage vehicle had 3,000 (15%) more miles than put on the original offer. over 3 hours to buy a CPO from this dealership. It turned out that the low mileage vehicle had 3,000 (15%) more miles than put on the original offer. The manager tried to rationalize the discrepancy, but eventually offered to take another $500 off the sticker after he briefly lost his temper (very unprofessional). Since the car was in really rough condition for being only 11 months old, I decided to do my own check under the hood. It turned out that one of the fluids that was in plain sight was below the minimum level marking. How this is even possible for a 11 month old vehicle is beyond me unless they were too cheap to fill it up to full in the first place. Also, so much for their 100+ point CPO inspection if they can't notice the fluids were low. Despite all of this, I thought that I could fall back on the CPO warranty since I had concerns that the vehicle may not have been taken well care of. When I got to the finance guy he flat out said that the ONLY added coverage of the CPO was 3 more years of power train coverage. I then politely left the finance guy's office since I needed to reevaluate the entire offer based on the limited terms of the coverage. The sales guys then sent over their "CPO Expert" who basically told me that the finance guy was wrong and more is covered. He even made a remark that he keeps trying to convince everyone to stop telling people that the CPO is only an extension of the power train warranty. These people need to get their act together. Another sales guy STRONGLY insinuated that the finance guy shouldn't be believed because he is basically downplaying the CPO to up sale extra warranty. They were obviously not happy with the finance guy because he blew the sale. They offered to set me up with a new finance guy but by this point I really didn't think I could trust anyone at the dealership. When I finally told the manager that the deal just didn't feel right, he childishly jumped up, got very cold, and stormed away (this guy needs some anger management courses), I asked about the deposit and was sharply told that it was non-refundable. After all this, if they were a stand-up business, they would have appreciated that someone had been lying to me and would have refunded the deposit. In the end, it only proved that I made the right decision. My salesman (I think his name was Ray) and the "CPO EXPERT" seemed like a pretty good guys and I feel bad that Ray lost the sale, but his manager was unprofessional and childish. More
