Worst service department I have ever dealt with. I had an appointment scheduled for this Morning I waited 20 minutes for service advisor. Was then told I need to speak with Martin, a manager of some I had an appointment scheduled for this Morning I waited 20 minutes for service advisor. Was then told I need to speak with Martin, a manager of some sort. He told me that my vehicle and I were not welcome there. I asked why and was told that my prior visit was the reason. I told him I had no issue nor did they, the last time I was there. He simply looked at me and said I was not welcome, walked to the fire opened it and stood waiting for me to leave. I was humiliated and in disbelief. There was No reason to treat me like they did . My Fiancé has had several issues with this service department, but I was and have Not been part of those interactions. The times I have taken in the vehicle for service, I have always been polite and respectful. I believe I was treated inappropriately and very disrespectfully. I left this place with my head held high, did not cause a fuss even though I was so very disrespected and disregarded More

I had a wonderful experience at Grubbs Infinity. We travelled from out of town to view a vehicle I saw online. I had narrowed it down to 3 different vehicles to view and this was the first one. The Mazda I purchased from them was immaculate and the customer service was great. Everything went quickly and smooth which was appreciated as we had the long drive back home. Their staff and the quality of available used cars is outstanding and I would highly recommend. Kudos to Chris for a great experience. More

If i could give ZERO Stars service advisor Shawndy Aguirre I would! Service Department at GRUBB Infinity of San Antonio I had to schedule an appointment at 07:00 on 10 December 2022 with service a Aguirre I would! Service Department at GRUBB Infinity of San Antonio I had to schedule an appointment at 07:00 on 10 December 2022 with service advisor Shawndy Aguirre I arrived early to ensure that there would be no issues with my scheduled appointment. The service advisor Shawndy Aguirre greeted me and asked was there any additional things that I would need to be looked at on my vehicle other than the standard oil change. I asked if she could have them look at my A/C Ms. Aguirre said that it would take all day and she didn't have any additional loaners, I said okay then I will reschedule to have my AC looked at and schedule for a loaner vehicle another time. I received the videos of all the additional maintenance that needed to be done on the vehicle but I noticed that I did not get the listing of prices so I went and talked to my service advisor ( Shawndy Aguirre) and she stated that you once it get to a certain point the parts department will need to review then I would get a notification that had a listing of additional maintenance requirements for my vehicle. I said okay thank you and I sat back down and sure enough I did get the additional maintenance requirements for my vehicle. As I was selecting a few of the maintenance requirements that were reccommended like the alignment, brake fluid flushed, the driving belt replaced and the power steering fluids as I was checking off on the different additional maintenance requirements I get a text message saying my vehicle is ready to be picked up and I got my bill this was not professional at all I was being RUSHED OFF! I walked over to my service advisor Shawndy Aguirre and said hey I did not get an opportunity to select the additional services that the inspectiin stated I needed for my vehicle...I need it done for my vehicle. Shawndy Aguirre says oh well you know I thought because you could not wait to get the air conditioner looked at you did not have time to get anything else done on your vehicle. If this is how GRUBB INFINITI Of San Antanio treat their customers? This was WRONG unprofessional and very disrespectful so therefore I now have to go somewhere else and get all the maintenance done on my vehicle that is required for the mileage and time so that my highend vehicle will still be maintained to standard of driving and care that is needed for the standard maintenance of the vehicle. The service advisor Shawndy Aguirre did not even care or did not even look at the list of things that I needed done for my car for it to be functioning properly or to be maintained properly she just rushed me off as if I was nobody. I feel she just discounted the maintenance of my vehicle. More
