My buying experience ended with me being a VERY satisfied customer of the exact car I wanted after many phone calls back and forth with Matt in internet sales. I was originally looking for a used G37 Coupe b customer of the exact car I wanted after many phone calls back and forth with Matt in internet sales. I was originally looking for a used G37 Coupe because the new G37 Coupes were just seeming to be out of my price range. I was firm on my budget. In the end, Bill and Matt made me a very nice offer on a new G37 Coupe along with my trade in. This is the third new car I have purchased and I left just as satisfied and treated with respect as I did after the first two purchases. This morning I took my car in for the customer care review where Velma went over the different features. It only took 45 minutes and she was friendly and went over everything thoroughly. I indicated I had a scratch which she looked at and agreed that it did need to be touched up. We just didn't see it the night I purchased the car. No questions asked, they will fix it for me. This dealership has had some not so good reviews over the past year and it did make me learly. But then again, we are buying cars and the process can seem overwhelming no matter where you go. However, it seems as though Peoria has tried hard to step up their game and have made some changes. Some of the people mentioned in the negative reviews, like in Finance, are no longer there. Drew in Finance, was professional and quick. When I indicated I didn't want certain extra coverages he offered, he respected that I said no and didn't keep trying to talk me into purchasing something I didn't want, which I have encountered in the past. Bill D. had the tough job of getting the deal finalized on a Sunday night(which by the way was Father's Day!), but worked really hard to make a fair deal. I had done quite a bit of research before going in so that helped in my feeling more than satisfied with the deal. No buyers remorse here, love my G37 Coupe! I am glad to see the great reviews on the service department since that will be the next place to visit for my maintenance check ups. All the valley Infiniti dealerships are owned by the same company, each location is just trying to gain your business. Peoria has a wonderful facility, with a great team of people and will work hard to find you the car you are looking for even if it is at another location. Bottom line, good experience at Infiniti of Peoria! More

My father and I came in looking and interested in an '07 Honda Accord SE that we had seen through the internet. I purchase my First new (used truck 1,400 miles on it) from them, the truck is awesome, but what a mistake was buying from them, as part of the deal, the dealer agreed to install a bed-liner... what I did from them, the truck is awesome, but what a mistake was buying from them, as part of the deal, the dealer agreed to install a bed-liner... what I didn't know is that later they would install an aftermarket bed-liner...and that the installer would texcrew it to the tailgate. also, they installed a clear bra, but upon pick up and inspection found that was poorly installed and that my new truck had a NEW DENT in the side!, so far they have taken my truck 3 times to do work on it for the dent,clear bra and bed-liner, and for the latest bed-liner saga...who knows how many more! they referred me to their aftermarket specialist so he can come look at the truck and resolve the issues? how you resolve the issue of texscrews? they made holes!! all of this because they tried to make fit a cheap aftermarket Part!. I'm so F#@$% angry!! Velma in the service department is very helpful and nice, she has done everything possible to help us with every issue. so far I am very unsatisfied with this whole situation.. hope people read this and think twice before going there. More

I have never been to a dealership where the people are so willing to work with you as Scott McEwen has been. From the minute I set foot on their property everything was about my wife and I . We came to look at one car and he only showed us one car. He treated us like kings kids. It was our first time meeting him but He treated us like best friends who had known each other for life. We were made to feel very comfortable with no pressure at all. The car we bought is a BMW which still had factory warranty so we wanted it serviced at BMW close to our house and when they absolutely refuse to work with us,Scott called them and they were even mean and very nasty to him . You would have thought this is the end and our car will not get serviced,but Scott did not quit he kept going until he found a BMW dealership and explained our situation to them and they were glad to have our business. Just to show you how great this guy is, he still keeps in contact with us to see how we are doing and if we need anything. I have to tell you that Infiniti of Peoria is the best dealership IN THE WORLD because of Scott McEwen you should be glad to have him. He is a man of integrity very honest and he keeps his word at all cost. He follows through on every task. I have used this dealership several times, especially with the purchase of my 2007 Saturn that has created the majority of the service work. The service department has had some turn-over but they are still very efficient. Infinity of Peoria's greatest asset is in their sales department in the person of Mr. Ted Groza, their sales manager. Ted sold me my present car and he will most likely be the man who will sell me cars in the future. Ted is trustworthy and fair and easily matches the buyer with the right car. All in all, Infinity of Peoria is first class from Sofia in maintinance, to Ted in sales. They must be rated as one of the best in the State. More
