Horrible experience Had an on-line approved appointment for a detail special set for Saturday. When submitting my appointment on-line I clearly stated the purpose was for the $99 detail special I received a coupon for. Saturday I drove 20 miles to Infiniti of Peoria and let the service representative that greeted me know I was there for an 11 a.m. appointment with Greg Geiser. The representative told me they don't have anyone there to perform the detailing. Then proceeded to tell me that corporate set up the on-line appointment and not the dealer, as if to say its not their fault. Then the rep. said I saw that appointment earlier. Now if this rep. saw the on-line appointment that they knew they couldn't accommodate, why didn't he call me to let me know rather than letting drive in to find out. Extremely poor customer service! I will never go to this place for service again and will never purchase a vehicle here! They have lost a customer due their incompetence! More

She greeted my wife and I with the warmest smile and took immediate care of our needs. She waited for us to get to the Dealership after getting off work at 5pm to ensure we were taken care of. We work at Luke AFB so the drive and the traffic took about 35-40 minutes.. Ms. Velma wanted to make sure that our car was received for a minor repair and that we were given a loaner car. No hassle, no pressure just plain old “here’s the best deal I can get you.” The deal was way better than anything that was offered at other dealerships for a similar vehicle.
