I had a inlet water hose leak in the turbocharger,on my QX30 Sport, Jerome Porter was extremely professional. Mr. Porter didn’t under promise or over promise me anything. Explained the options available, Infiniti Services was able to tow my vehicle to the dealership, if I chose that option or choose AAA. Mr. Porter kept me updated, when information was available. Mr. Porter also recommended all the car rental possibilities, suggesting the nearest rental drop off store n to make sure I was shuttled, to the dealership. I was extremely appreciative of how well I was treated n how patient Mr. Porter was. I’m am impressed with Infiniti of Ontario n it’s service staff n Mechanic Crew. Cant say thanks enough. My experience was seamless, wonderful experience. I’ll take my vehicle for all its services to Infiniti of Ontario.
