INFINITI of Ontario - Service Center

My wife & I currently own two Infinitis, our 3rd & 4th. We purchased the last 3 from Riverside Infiniti & had all 4 serviced there. Until it closed. We were so pleased with their service, we followed Mike Longridge & Jeremy Scheetz to an Orange County dealer, then to Infiniti of Ontario. I am familiar with the automotive service industry. & did light mechanical work as a side job as a young man & serviced my own cars out of distrust for the industry & for economic reasons. In spite of my misgivings, Mike has earned my trust & we have actually bonded. I was quite impressed when Jeremy gave me a tour of his new cutting edge service department. It's lighting, computer technology, heating & cooling, & tool storage all influence & support the technicians performance, which I feel is top notch. I am also aware that many of Riverside Infinitis technicians followed Mike to Ontario. Mike is polite, professional, highly efficient, has always accommodated the needs of me & my wife, & I can't see ever buying another car elsewhere or getting it serviced anywhere else. More

I just wanted to thank Maritza and the Infinity Team for all their hard work! My car was Vandalized by a crazy ex , who had destroyed my beautiful Q60S by shattering my windows, and adding sugar in my all their hard work! My car was Vandalized by a crazy ex , who had destroyed my beautiful Q60S by shattering my windows, and adding sugar in my tank! However there was hope with this team. They took amazing care of my car and restored my vehicle with original parts, it looks brand New!!! Maritza kept me updated with everything, the Tech team also discovered an AirTag Tracking device underneath the back seat of the car, everyone was in shock. So not only did they return my baby like New but they also stopped a psycho from following my every move. I appreciate their hard work ! Most importantly they were transparent with me since day 1 and the vehicle was finished in a timely manner. Thank you very much , keep doing what you do best! we appreciate all of you ! More
