She definitely exceeded our expectations and made us feel like we are in good hands at Infiniti of Ontario. She kept us informed about the status of the car. We highly appreciate her and we will always return to this service dept for as long as we live in the I.E. I also regret that this was not the dealer that we financed that car at. That would have been a much better choice for us, but glad we can always return for our service needs. Everyone here is very nice and friendly. Thank you Brooke and your team. More

I have had an Infiniti since 1994. I have always used this dealership for service and for new purchase. The service department is beyond excellent. My service consult Maritza promptly met me. Reviewed what needed to be done. Contacted me with an update. My car was ready when promised and the cost of service more than reasonable. The really provide exceptional service. My Infiniti QX 60 was purchased in 2018 and the sales department was also exceptional. Went in for an oil and filter change, took about 2. 5 hours with an appointment. If you just need oil and filter change, i'd suggest going someplace else. I asked why it took so long, the reply was th 5 hours with an appointment. If you just need oil and filter change, i'd suggest going someplace else. I asked why it took so long, the reply was that they are understaffed and are looking to fill positions. As far as the service, they do attend to you when you get there quick enough, however, it can be pretty pricey. Oil and Filter was about $82.00 with coupon. Brake service they wanted about $750...found some place else where i paid about $350...so saved $400.00. More

Andrew and Tony were just wonderful. My SUV made a horrible fan noise and then smelled like it was burning.
