Went in for an oil and filter change, took about 2. 5 hours with an appointment. If you just need oil and filter change, i'd suggest going someplace else. I asked why it took so long, the reply was that they are understaffed and are looking to fill positions. As far as the service, they do attend to you when you get there quick enough, however, it can be pretty pricey. Oil and Filter was about $82.00 with coupon. Brake service they wanted about $750...found some place else where i paid about $350...so saved $400.00. More

Andrew and Tony were just wonderful. My SUV made a horrible fan noise and then smelled like it was burning. The service department at this dealership is impeccable. I’ve owned many different brands, but none compare to the Infiniti brand. I am on my 4th Infiniti from this dealership.
