Saul and the sales manager, who I couldn’t get the name for was great! We were probably the most demanding customers ever but Saul was patient with us and accomodated all our needs. They even started a new program for the dealership by registering with the irs for the clean car program. Jazmen was the best and because of her we bought a beautiful QX60! Story time...... After researching what types of vehicles we were interested in looking at in person, we decided to go out to the beautiful QX60! Story time...... After researching what types of vehicles we were interested in looking at in person, we decided to go out to the respective dealerships for those makes and and look at the models. After 5 different dealerships gave us the cold shoulder and really gave very poor service, we were about ready to give up our search. We decided to give Infiniti of Ontario a try and I am so glad we did! Jazmen greeted us so warmly and process was effortless. She helped us look at different models and options with such care that it really felt like we dealing with a family member. Once we decided on what we liked, we assumed she would push us off to one of those horrible hard salesman. But she walked us through some finance options and options for our trade in. Every question we had, she was able to help us find the answer. Eventually she brought in Luis to help and to our surprise he was just as pleasant to talk to as Jazmen. He answered some additional finance questions and trim package options and was able to find one of 2 in the area for us to pick up the next day! The next day everyone was just as great as we finalized the paperwork through a DocuSign process and went in to pick up our new car. We cant say enough great things about our experience and will definitely be referring our friends and family to Jazmen and this wonderful dealership. More
