DONT GO THERE!!!! Tricked me 3 times. We were set on a price on 8/31, the next day when I went in to sign contract they added an extra $550 on top and are basically calling me a liar for saying they gave us the price "they next day when I went in to sign contract they added an extra $550 on top and are basically calling me a liar for saying they gave us the price "they never said they can do." After leaving the dealership got a call from the sales manager Carols saying if I finance the car I can get it for $250 lower. I went in and finance the car. However, there were "errors" so I ended up still paying the $550..called them to confirm the next day and they claimed that they will mail me a check right away. Well, still waiting for the check to come. The car I bought came with, apparently, an upgraded rims and they called every single day asking me to make an appointment with them and "change my wheels back to standard wheels," when I asked Carlos to fax me a proof of me agreeing to do the rims swap he just hung up and called what he called "the real buyer of the car," who is my uncle. Do NOT recommend them, horrible customer service, even after me asking them nicely to fax me a proof. All I was asking was a paper stating I agree to do the wheel swap. The most ridiculous thing is Carols even called me back just to tell me he's not going to talk to me because I'm not the "real buyer." His tone was really offensive and I found this action ridiculously childish. Grow up, sale manager Carols. More

I told them that i would be interested only if they can do it with on upside down. I was told that they would call me back. I got a call for the sales manager his name is Maj telling me that he can do the deal. i told him if he was sure because it was to good to be true. Two times i asked him if the deal that he was giving me was a for sure thing or is it going to change when i get there because its a hour drive for me to get to this dealer. he told me yes we have a deal just bring your car in. So i get to the dealer ask for Maj he comes up telling "I'm going to do this for you" after waiting for 2 hours he brings the paper work over and lo and behold the deal has changed. The price that he had given me and told me that we have a deal has gone up by $240 wow. His telling me that he miscalculated!!! how can some one miscalculate by $240. After three hours at this dealership I left with no new car and a sorry from this guy. Stay away biggest liars I'v ever seen in the car business. More
I requested a quote online for FX 37, AWD with premium package. Jodie, internet sales manager for Infinity of Montclair, called me and I requested to quote me on Infiniti FX 37, AWD with premium package package. Jodie, internet sales manager for Infinity of Montclair, called me and I requested to quote me on Infiniti FX 37, AWD with premium package as well as with the color. She quoted me on 2 wheel drive, which I didn't requested. I sent her a second email, asking for a quote for FX 37, AWD, she replied me back in two days with a quote for JX 35, AWD stating that the price is just a bit more for AWD,MSRP: $44,155 -and my price is $ 39,158. Really? I attempted to contact her for the third time, requesting a quote for FX 37, AWD and she stated " it is just a human error" , but what I like the best at the end she stated" is this what you are looking for?" I wonder now. How is the Infiniti of Montclair is still in business...with such a horrible customer service and do I ever need an Infiniti... and their service. It seems like one customer less, one customer more, Montclair doesn't care. Do not recommend them to anyone! More

I live in Northern California and have been searching for about 6 months for a used M37. I am somewhat picky and wanted a certain color (both interior/exterior, and a car in excellent condition.. oh, and wi about 6 months for a used M37. I am somewhat picky and wanted a certain color (both interior/exterior, and a car in excellent condition.. oh, and with the premium package only. After not finding what I wanted in the N. California area I expanded my search. Well, after a few weeks I find exactly what I want, but it's in Ontario California a good 6 hours away! I call Infiniti of Montclair and Debbra a sales associate fields all my questions and sends the Carfax for my review. Debbra was able to assure my of the cars condition (verbally and with pictures) and left me with a good feeling that I could buy this car sight unseen. Since I am very busy and I know that Yelp has given a good rating I let my instinct, the assurance of Debbra, and the input of general sales manager Joe that the car was in the condition I expect. In the end...I got a fair price, the car was shipped whe and the condition of the M37 was as described, which was essentially in perfect condition! Kudo's to Debbra, Joe and Infiniti of Montclair!! I bought a used vehicle from Infinity of Montclair. I saw the car on line, visited the dealership, was greeted by a sales rep - very nice guy, who took me for a ride. I liked the car, but I wanted to come b the car on line, visited the dealership, was greeted by a sales rep - very nice guy, who took me for a ride. I liked the car, but I wanted to come back to bring my wife to look at it. The sales manager offer me to take the car home as a loaner, show it to my wife, try it out and even let my mechanic look at it. The whole process took less than an hour. I locked my car at the dealership and took the Infinity home. My wife loved it, so did my mechanic. I went back two days later and purchased the car. I needed some cosmetic work to be done and they did everything exactly like I wanted and although the car had new tires on it, I asked them to replace the tires with different quieter tires and they did. I was waiting for the catch to happen, but it didn't. No tricks no games. I've been driving the car for six months now, and it feels great. Everyone I worked with starting with John Leonard, Shawn Teheri, Olivia Leon and Joe Nickell were fantastic professional people. I definitely recommend this dealership to everyone. More
