I was prepared for the worst, but the rep who was helping me, Kevin Gonzalez, had a great attitude and was very professional. He was willing to match competitor's pricing and got me a good price on my trade-in. Kris Starks is my hero!!! My wife has been wanting a Ford Explorer for a while now. I wanted to surprise her. I spoke to Kris and let him know where my payments needed to be My wife has been wanting a Ford Explorer for a while now. I wanted to surprise her. I spoke to Kris and let him know where my payments needed to be in order for it to make since for us. He got back to me and was super honest with regarding whether the deal made sense, which is very rare for a car salesman. It didn't make sense for my situation. Just when I was giving up on the idea, Kris calls me back the following day to let me know that he was able to work out a deal and get the price and payments down to where I needed it to be. The fact that he was able to do that was great, but the fact that he kept working for me after it didn't workout with the first attempt, when he easily could have just moved on and spent that time on another customer, was priceless.
