Unpleasant beginning turned into a happy surprise! Overall, I had a pretty pleasant experience at the dealership even though it did not go well in the beginning. I requested a same car that I was driving and was offered a quote; however, when I was ready for it, I was told there was no such car and was not possible to provide me the same quote that was offered. At this time, Joe stepped in and with Saul's assistance, I got a even better car with great price. Six weeks later, I went in for a service, I was wondering in the show room and ran into Saul and he called out my name right away. That was very impressive. After meeting with all different customers on a daily basis, he still remembered my name! If anyone is looking for a car, I would highly recommend Saul from this dealer. More
