They're all out because ppl with recall have priority and it's a safety issue. I guess my situation is not a safety issue. Hmmmm...This is not good! If I could take my car in and leave it.... I would of done a few days ago but don't have a car to get around in and no family in my area. 4/15/17 UPDATE. Spoke to General Mgr. He went out of his way to accommodate me with a car....:) told me he will make sure I have a car available. But if not, he will rent one for me. I'm very pleased with the service provided and how much they care about their clients. Oliva service advisor is awesome!! She went out of her way to give me the best price for my brakes.They're definitely the best dealership I ever gone to. Thank you for the great service! More

I came to the dealership looking for a used luxury vehicle...with roomy 3rd row seating...with low miles...at a specific below market price...with a great warranty...and financed with a low interest rate. I was also open to trading in a vehicle but only at a very fair price compared to what I could get selling it on my own. I had done all my research on SUV's with a 3rd row and had narrowed my choices down to three brands. I liked the advertised price and look of the Q60, so I went to the dealership with the intention of buying a Q60 but only if they met all six of my needs. They did and gave me a very fair trade-in price as well. And it was a great experience as well. Saul Lopez listened to what I wanted and then worked hard for me.
