Great Service from Chris Caballero I went over to metro Nissan where I waited 30 min. To see a Sales rep about trading my car. After seeing the price sticker on an Altima for 32k I told the guy I minus well walk across the street for a Lux Q50. Best desicion to cross across the street to INFINITY of Montclair where Chris Caballero greeted me immediately. He took my straight to my Q50 sticker price 33k. I test drive it and it was a no brainer, the rest was history. I will be returning for future business, great customer serves and everyone treats you with respect. Excellent Car Leasing Experience. this is the 6th sedan I leased from this dealership over the past 12 yrs. i close the deal on the telephone with the internet salespeople and the car this is the 6th sedan I leased from this dealership over the past 12 yrs. i close the deal on the telephone with the internet salespeople and the car is ready the same day at or below invoice. usually in and out of the dealership in an hour or so. after you buy or lease an infiniti you ordinarily get pre-approved credit and offers to turn the car in earlier than the lease with no penalty. montclair has always beat riverside in price and friendliness! if i had had a trade, i would have sold it to carmax first, who usually give you 2-3k under book to sell at auction, more than most dealerships who rarely want to deal with a trade, or it gums up the deal. i worked with kevin this time around.
