Waited way to long during purchase and waited over an hour the next day just for my navigation SD card. Drove home the first day to find my rear tow hitch cover was broken and dangling also kept hearing rattling from the sunroof (I FIXED IT, FOUND ALL SUNROOF SCREWS LOOSE THAT HOLD THE GLASS IN PLACE)....What happened to CERTIFIED pre-owned!! I could of inspected the vehicle better without eyes!! last I checked the technicians are supposed to look the cars over real good. sunroof made noise as soon as it was opened, shouldn't of been hard to spot.... So, in the end I was told I would get a new hitch cover, that never happened. Sirius radio 3 month trial was never activated (which is supposed to be done by the dealer) and I had to diagnose and repair my own car the day after I got it...... Sure, I could of let the dealer fix my sunroof but I cant be without the only car I have all day and wasn't planning on sitting around at that dealer any longer! and who knows if it would of actually gotten repaired. Kept being told after calling for updates that I will get a call regarding the Sirius and the plates.... no calls on 3 separate occasions. Most of the staff is friendly. I've worked at dealerships for 15yrs this is by far my worst car buying experience and I would be embarrassed if I worked at this dealership. More

Our sales person, Kevin Gonzalez was very helpful and informed about the vehicle we eventually purchased. I highly recommend seeking him out if you go to Infinity of Montclair. The facility was spot less and every other employee carried themselves professionally around the showroom and lot. More

A pleasurable buying experience, and Great cistomer service This review is for Infiniti of Montclair, I will start off by first saying the days leading up to my purchase at Infiniti of Montclair I was at anothe This review is for Infiniti of Montclair, I will start off by first saying the days leading up to my purchase at Infiniti of Montclair I was at another dealership the night before, Audi of Riverside and I was ready to buy, but let me tell you when I say I am glad I didn't buy from them, Jodie Caccavale of Montclair was way more informative on her vehicles in her fleet, even though I went in looking at a Certified used Q50, she educated me on how leases worked and how it would be more appealing for me to lease since I like getting cars every 2-3 years, will needless to say she worked numbers and was able to get me In to a Brand new 2018 Q50 Sport, I was amazed how she worked and explained the process, there was no games being played like so many of us know what happens during the negotiation process of vehicles, I was straight up with her and the staff and I truly felt she was straight up with me. I have bought 10 cars over the years making this number 11 and I will say, Jodie is in my top 2 Car sales representatives and dealerships, the other being Dutton Cadillac in Riverside. I definitely recommend Jodie Caccavale and Infiniti of Montclair for anyone looking for a pleasurable experience in car buying. Only regrets, is I didn't go with the black on black rims Q50 , but my wife likes the white one I got, but I am hoping Jodie is still there in 3 years, because I am going to get a black on black. LOL More
