I was ready to leave and would have left but they still had my own car keys to look over my trade-in. I gave them my non-negotiable numbers and they were able to meet them. Despite lots of haggling and getting through some laughable offers, the overall experience was not bad. I was working with Saul and his courtesy and professionalism was apparent. The contract/loan guy, Manuel, was a personable and he did a good job of breaking everything down. Andrew (used car manager) ensured that we were happy with the formalities and congratulated us. Nice touch from the management. The evening ended with Saul giving my wife and I a comprehensive breakdown of all the fancy bells and whistles. It was a good overall experience but not flawless. More

Visited dealership to recharge car battery I visited the dealership because my Inifiniti M56 had to be towed the day before because of a dead battery. The battery in the car had been installed I visited the dealership because my Inifiniti M56 had to be towed the day before because of a dead battery. The battery in the car had been installed just 9 months prior to this visit. They informed that if the battery tested recharge, then they would only recharge it and not replace it. They can only replace it if it tests very low. My battery only tested recharge. During this visit, the service manager informed me that I need to start my car at least every two days. If I don't use my car within 3 or more days, my battery will die. How can this be possible. How can a battery in a luxury car die after 3 days of not using the car. If I go away on a vacation for a week, my car battery will die and will not be able to start my car. More
