Tommy was an amazing sales rep that was honest from the get-go. He was always trying to help me out, especially my family that was with me. Everything else was great, but the only downfall was the financial manager Luis or Louis was slightly degrading. I had mentioned that I work on all my cars as it’s a personal choice for me to make sure my own car is taken care of properly, and he flat out said that I wouldn’t be able to work on my car by myself. He said “I don’t doubt your ability but you won’t be able to work on this car.” So as far as that experience, I get it, the Q60 is a very meticulous type of car, but if it wasn’t for my wife, I almost walked out, but I wanted Tommy to get the sale because he deserves the credit.
