My issue occurred while I was speaking with Aaron as I was paying. I had questions regarding the reasons for the repairs. He explained his initial thoughts about this earlier, but I had some additional questions. When I asked the additional questions, he was short with me. I would hope I could get my questions answered professionally and politely. I should mention that Aaron was helpful when I called to schedule the appointment. More
