My Infiniti experience. Hadn't planned on buying an Infiniti. But when I left knowing I had just purchased one, I knew it was the right choice. All thanks to these guys. They made me feel better about making such a big purchase(suv). Everyone we met here were a pleasure. Will most definitely refer family & friends here. I took forever with my decision to purchase an Infiniti but they never once made me feel like I wasn't welcomed or that I was just wasting their time. Everyone took care of you. From sales person, to finance, to service. & even the receptionist. I walked out of there with what felt like a deal of a lifetime too! Thanks! Will definitely make future purchases here! More

This time the service was excellent I had a very good experience this time. I say "this time" because I've had some issues in the past - but this time, under the supervision of Brandon D I had a very good experience this time. I say "this time" because I've had some issues in the past - but this time, under the supervision of Brandon Dailey things went perfectly. He listened carefully to my concerns about the car, explained in detail what needed fixing, and was happy to show me what the technicians had accomplished. My son pointed out that on a previous visit, retaining clips were not replaced and several were missing. Although I believe the people working on my car should have noticed this, Brandon called someone over immediately and had the clips replaced. My car is running beautifully now! Thank you, Brandon. I was told the tire sensor would have to be replaced at a cost of $250. I thought it was very shortsighted to give such an outrageous estimate to a customer with a car approaching 100k miles — and someone in all likelihood preparing to buy a new vehicle in the next 6-12 months. Such an outrageous cost for a minor item is a real disincentive for someone who otherwise would seriously think of getting another Infiniti. In such instances, the dealership should look at the bigger picture — perhaps providing a significant price reduction to encourage a customer who has a car that presumably will be replaced in a reasonable time going forward. This suggests there is no “big picture” culture of customer service here. Perhaps they should look less at their service area as its own profit center, and more as a critical component in an overall “repeat customer” culture. Following my protest, the service manager did provide a significant discount on that service but I would feel much better about the dealership — and Infiniti overall — had it done so without my protest. Customer care must be the paramount goal for car dealers these days. More

Car overheated I had my car towed to the service center because it had overheated. Check engine light was on also. Infiniti had my car for 10 days for inlet/outlet h I had my car towed to the service center because it had overheated. Check engine light was on also. Infiniti had my car for 10 days for inlet/outlet hoses as firewall bursted. Upon return of my car, I noticed when I stop at a red light or put the car in park, something was pulling/jumping under the driver seat. I took the car back a few days later for this reason, plus the engine light came back on. The service center told me that the car RPMS is idling but the car runs fine when driving. Is this normal? I asked. I was told that I may have cracked the engine when it overheated. I feel that my car is driving worst than before I had it service. More

The attitude that was displayed throughout the early part of the process was replaced by lack of follow-up, and complete incompetence. I have received better service at Buy Here, Pay Here dealerships. Shame on you for not seeing this deal through to the end. Thumbs DOWN!! More
