Very thorough I brought my Q50 in for a recall repair. I was told it would take about 1 1/2 hours. Actually took close to 2 1/2. Labor fees! They do a great job. Labor fees are a killer! A part for your car will be $10 and they will charge $450 by adding labor. I don’t think that’s fair. So They do a great job.
