I came in for an regular oil change and tire rotation, and mentioned about the possible transmission problem due to hesitation at low speed, about 15 I came in for an regular oil change and tire rotation, and mentioned about the possible transmission problem due to hesitation at low speed, about 15 minutes later the service advisor Fernando Diaz informed me that they were able to reproduce the problem. They gave me a free loaner car and replaced the whole new transmission line under manufacturer guarantee. The car run smooth now. I am really happy. I will definitely purchase another Infiniti again.
