Timely repair, no issue Had dropped vehicle off initially for an oil change. Was having issue with door lock. Was determine to be a bigger issue than I had hoped, so needed Had dropped vehicle off initially for an oil change. Was having issue with door lock. Was determine to be a bigger issue than I had hoped, so needed to bring back another day (part wasn’t in stock). Was provided loaner. Repair seems fine. Little costly, but what else can I do? Have trusted this location with repairs in the past. Expect quality and timely work, which is what I think I received. More

Nothing but lies and false promises I bought a used car. During test drive I asked the dealer for to things to be fixed in order for me to buy car. I brought the car home and both weren' I bought a used car. During test drive I asked the dealer for to things to be fixed in order for me to buy car. I brought the car home and both weren't fixed. On top of that my e brake didn't work as well as a tail light out but yet they put a sticker on my car with the report saying it passed on both those areas. I was told they couldn't fix the e brake so they sent me to another dealer and they worked pay for it. When I told the dealer the price he told me the dealership was trying to rip them off. So I decided to let him know both things he promised to fix for me weren't fixed either and he still replied they were trying to stick it to him. I was the only one that was being ripped off. Finally the e brake was paid for but not until I had to call someone else because I couldn't deal with unprofessional responses from my dealer with my concerns. I've never commented or rated anything in my life until this moment because I wouldn't want someone to go through this as well. I had to pay 400 to get one problem fixed that I was told was already fixed and it will be another 500 or more to fix the other problem that I was told was looked at as well. I hate having to complain about things, but this was so ridiculous on a level that I never thought I would find at such a big dealership. How many people were involved with letting a car leave the lot when it's required by law to be inspected, I don't know. And how this car got a sticker is beyond suspicious. Even though the e brake was paid for Id at least hope to be reimbursed the cost for the one thing I already fixed and the other issue I still need to get fixed since i have to get it repaired else where out of fear of more empty promises and lies. Based on my experience so far that's probably beyond wishful thinking. More

Unneccessary Service I scheduled an appointment on 08/14 due to an issue with my a/c not working. My vehicle was brought to the service center and they stated that the a/c I scheduled an appointment on 08/14 due to an issue with my a/c not working. My vehicle was brought to the service center and they stated that the a/c was not working due to a leak. They stated that they sealed the leaked and recharged the system. This cost about $200. Only a few days later, the air conditioner failed to work. I then rescheduled another appointment on 08/17 only to have the dealer state that I would need a new radiator and a/c condenser and this service would cost roughly $2000. I am of the mindset that a dealership should have the expertise to work on their own vehicles and perform the job correctly the first time. Its disappointing that I had to throw away money for nothing. More
