A frustrating start with a great finish! Following unreturned phone calls and inability to talk to service department due to nobody answering and leaving unreturned voicemails, I finally spo Following unreturned phone calls and inability to talk to service department due to nobody answering and leaving unreturned voicemails, I finally spoke with another department who helped to schedule me for a “service engine soon” light that had came on following an incident with my fuel reading. Following bringing my vehicle in, i had an appointment for 1:30 to have a diagnostics test run and come 4:00 still no response. I went back to the dealership to find out what had been the outcome and my car was being pulled out of the bay. Due to having read codes from the cars fuel system but not showing any active codes once cleared, I was quite relieved as this issue could have ranged from the $160.00 diagnostics test to a $2,000 fuel system issue. As I went to pay, I was even more impressed and reminded why it is that I got an Infiniti, why I service my vehicles with them, and why I will only ever visit that service station. I was not even charged the diagnostics fee due to their being nothing done but clearing of the code and taking the vehicle for a drive to ensure the code did not re-indicate. It was truly such a nice thing to be able to walk in and walk out without having paid anything due to the honest and loyal Infiniti way! I am so thankful for their honesty as well hard work that they continue to perform! You guys rock and I will be sure to tell EVERYONE that Anthony Chirico is an honest and great service member to come to if and when they need work completed on their vehicles! More
