Sales part was fairly easy and straight forward. Delivery and follow up is where this dealership fails. Beware once you give them your money, you become invisible to the sales staff you dealt with. Paper work is screwed up, waiting over week now, still screwed up, but no one has any answers. Title process is a problem as I reside in NH. But no one at the dealership has any desire to fix the problems. I may end up with a big paper weight sitting in my garage. And to top it off, they sent me a link to leave a review on their website but once it became apparent my review would not be good, the link was disabled. (Or they wrote a review for me because it says the link expired or a review has already been completed). More

Be very cautious when buying a used car from this dealer. A few months ago we bought a 2014 GMC Sierra and from the moment after purchase had issues. Communicated most issues via email and asked for itemized A few months ago we bought a 2014 GMC Sierra and from the moment after purchase had issues. Communicated most issues via email and asked for itemized documentation. Most issues were not resolved, more issues created, and general service items like cabin and engine air filter that were replaced were not. Event after getting back from a second service visit it has a rejection sticker... After getting the truck back and bringing to another dealer to resolve issues (which Infinity did pay for) I have found more issues not resolved by their service team that were pointed out and documented as resolved by their service team. Be very cautious if you are buying a used car here and get ALL worked checked over by your own mechanic be for it is too late like it is for me. If you are going here for service watch out as they are 100% not doing all they are putting on the invoices. I hate to write this review but the facts of what is happening at this dealer need to be known. My sales person Mike Howard did all he could to help me through the process and this in no way reflects on him. More
