I had no appointment. Drove in around 9:30am, asked if they had time to service my Jeep, rotate/balance tires and 4-wheel alignment. They said no problem!!! Got my loaner car and off I went. Amazing experience. I was an out-of-state buyer, and both Casey Head (manager) and Rob Martin (sales) went above and beyond to get me information, pictures, etc. whenever I asked for it.
