In 2003 I purchased a 1998 Infiniti Q45 with 85,000 miles. My vehicle is now approaching 275,000 miles and all of the service work has been done by Dale and his team at Infiniti of Nashua. Their work has been professional, honest, and very thorough. They have kept my vehicle running like a charm. And as far as great customer service is concerned one could not do better than dealing with Jack Korpey. While he really knows the Infiniti product line I believe that Jack's best attribute is his ability to work with the customer and make the whole customer service experience a pleasant and productive one. In summary I am extremely pleased with Infiniti of Nashua and I will continue to work with Jack, Dale, and their service team. More

I am a new customer to this dealer which was recommended by a close friend. The customer service provided by both Clair and John are outstanding. John sold me a new G37x 2009 and toke me through the syste by a close friend. The customer service provided by both Clair and John are outstanding. They make the time to fully explain in laymen's terms any issues or potential future issues discovered during my regular service visits. My experiences with Jack Korpi handling my service needs have been phenomenal... he is a rare gem in the auto service world. That's not to say that their other service advisors are not great, too! I have also experienced their excellent customer service skills. Jack just stands out as a truly genuine and caring individual, who always makes me feel like my vehicle is most important. Thanks, Jack! Whenever I call to schedule service, they fit me in as soon as possible... next day service once when I had a dead battery at the end of a work day! My expectations are always met and exceeded when my vehicle is serviced here. Thank you for opening this sales dealership and service department in Nashua! It is so easy to get to and much more convenient for me. I just love my OLD Infiniti. When it's time to replace my vehicle, I will definitely consider another Infiniti. I also have had good experiences with the service department every time I call for an appointment. I purchased my FX45 in Dec 2003. Since then it has been only serviced at Infiniti of Nashua. The service consultants are professional and they make sure you needs/wants are addressed. In the 5 years since, only serviced at Infiniti of Nashua. The service consultants are professional and they make sure you needs/wants are addressed. In the 5 years since, I have taken my FX45 in for service, not once did I every have to return it for work unfinished, poor workmanship, or resurfacing problems. The FX45 has not had any major problems that made it unsafe or inhibited its mobility. The only minor issue was the driver seat making a creaking noise when cornering hard. The seat rail was replaced under warranty with out any issue. Price per performance of the FX45 is hard to beat back in 2003. There was nothing on the road like or could performed close to it. FX45 is a sports car in disguise as an SUV. More
