Not a customer in sight for the entire 1 1/2 hours it took to change the oil in my car. This morning I actually checked the oil in my new infiniti. I found the oil to be half full and dirty. So I called Christopher Holt and left a message. He returned my call, threatened to hang up on me about 4 times and kept explaining how half full and dirty was normal for a 3 month old infiniti which just had it's oil and filter changed. He finally did hang up on me. Never again Mr. Holt. Infiniti just lost a customer. More
Awful customer service I scheduled a 9:00 appointment for 4 new tires, a fluid flush and alignment. 2.5 hours later I got a call (sitting in the waiting room) suggesting fur I scheduled a 9:00 appointment for 4 new tires, a fluid flush and alignment. 2.5 hours later I got a call (sitting in the waiting room) suggesting further service which I declined. Another 2 hours and 6 cars pass and I'm informed the alignment will take another hour. Never again. More
Customer Loses I purchased an excellent quality 2011 Acura TSX from this dealership in December. I learned yesterday, the first warm day of the year, that the air conditioner does not work properly. I called the dealership and spoke with Ron Poirier, General Manager to request that the repair be made. He flat out refused to honor the repair and treated me rudely sying I should have purchased an extended warranty. I explained that no one would test air conditioning when the temp was below freezing. I later confirmed with Fenton Family Dealerships in Keene, NH that of course they would honor such a repair. I found Infinity of Nashua to be dishonest and unethical. This customer loses. More

I bought a used 2011 G37X back in April 2013, it had a couple of defects but overall the car is awesome. Matt Burroughs was absolutely wonderful and Russell Smith. Great place to do business. Just recently I notice the door handles on the passengers side look like the paint was wearing so I called them up and they told me to bring the car in so they can look at it. So i did and they gave me a loaner and said the would get back to me that day. I was hoping that it would be covered under my warranty but when the service dept. called me back they said that it was not covered. I was so upset because it looked like xxxx and the paint should not wear off after only two years old. So they told me to talk to the manager and see what they can do, so I did, I talked to Joe Gindi, first he told me that there was nothing they could do, but then he called me back and said that they would fix it for me, I was so happy, I would definitely recommend them and do business with Infinity of Nashua again. I came to dealer 1 year ago to buy my Infiniti. They were very good to me during sales time. They told me that every time I came for service, they will make sure that I will be given a loaner vehicle. Very very good to me during sales time. Very sweet words were placed about their maintance plan and I was informed that all the maintainence work will be covered. So I bought the maintainence plan from them, very happy and excited to get new Infiniti. Now comes the service and this is where u gonna spend all the time once u buy the car. Service personal including Amanda is very sweet lady, no hard feelings to them but the system is totally bad. Even if u call them early that u r coming to drop ur vehicle and need loaner, they will not give it to you as per their system they do not give loaner for servicing, in contrast to all luxury vehicle service. Next thing, I had maintenance plan and I was happy that all the service as required by the company will be covered as explained while buying the car but I felt like they cheated me when I was informed they only oil change, tire rotation is covered. No major work as required in 15,000 miles and 30,000 miles and so on are not covered. So I decided to get my money back that I purchased to get elite maintenance plan. And as per contract they can not give the money back to me and only to bank. Once bank take the money I am sure they will put it in interest and I am in loss what so ever. I did go to talk to Ronnie and he was the most rude person I have ever met from car industry. It's not only important to get car from good dealer but to find out how good are they during service appointment. As car sales man they are good but they scam you with kind words that you will be provided with loaner for every maintenance and elite maintenance plan will cover everything. Even you buy car from them plz do not get maintenance plan. More
I have worked with Glenn "Gus" Wallace at Infiniti of Nashua service for 10 vehicles since 2006. I have to admit, due to a friend who is a GM of sales at another Infiniti dealer, the vehicle Infiniti of Nashua service for 10 vehicles since 2006. I have to admit, due to a friend who is a GM of sales at another Infiniti dealer, the vehicles were not purchased in Nashua. But due to the location of this dealer, Nashua was the most convenient service dealer for us. To his credit, Gus NEVER made us feel as though we were not true customers of Nashua. He was always friendly, accomodating, knowledgable, and just an all around nice person who was there to help. I could not imagine going to any other dealer for service. Sadly, I have now learned that Gus is no longer with Nashua. I do not know the details of his departure, but Nashua has lost a great assest in Gus and will be hard pressed to replace his level of commitment and customer service. He will be greatly missed. More

First service appointment with our new G37x: Gus welcomed us in, was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He listened to our comments on the car (all very good) and one concern that he said he wou us in, was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He provided us with a loaner car, a G37X, and said he would contact us when the car was ready. He was more than willing to explain the service that would be provided, and the fact that the first one was free. We asked what all was covered under the Protect-All policy that we had purchased when we brought the car. Gus asked to see the policy and said he would check as to whether the parking dings would be covered. Gus contacted the insurance company and found that we were completely covered and that he would set up the appointment to have those dings fixed. After checking our schedule, we worked with Gus to set up the appointment for having the dings fixed. Gus is very professional and a pleasure to work with. We would recommend him to anyone. More
Normally I wouldn't want to bring my car to a dealership for repairs for fear that they would overcharge and insist we make expensive repairs that are not really necessary. But, then we met Jack Korpi at I for repairs for fear that they would overcharge and insist we make expensive repairs that are not really necessary. But, then we met Jack Korpi at Infinity of Nashua. Now we bring all 3 of our cars to Jack for service. Jack goes above and beyond and makes us feel like our cars are his number one priority. He seems very knowledgable and is very informative when it comes to our repairs and general maintenance. He explains what is causing the issues, the resolutions and the risks of not making the repairs. We trust Jack and enjoy working with him and will continue to bring our cars to Infiniti of Nashua as long as he is there. Over the years, we've even bought 2 used cars from this dealership knowing that they will back us up in the service department. Great Job Jack! More
