Damaged my car and refused to fix it! I had taken my 2015 QX60 for service to this place. When I got the car back I noticed that the driver side mirror had scratches and the molding was br I had taken my 2015 QX60 for service to this place. When I got the car back I noticed that the driver side mirror had scratches and the molding was broken. Talked to Victor Pena (my service adviser) and he showed me a picture of the car (that was taken when the car came in for service) and argued that it was an existing damage. But the picture they showed me was NOT CLEAR and I DID NOT see any damages in the mirror. We went back and forth on this and finally I asked for the manager. I was told that the manager was in a meeting. I got the phone number of the manager (Victor Burgos) and scheduled an appointment. He said we can review the pictures and VIDEO FOOTAGE of the car when it came in and see if the damage was pre-existing. I immediately said OK because I knew that if there were other pictures and videos (that showed the driver side mirror clearly) those would support my claim that the damages were NOT PRE-EXISTING. When I went to see Victor Burgos he also showed me the exact same picture that the service adviser had showed me before and suggested the damage was pre-existing. I told him "I had seen this picture before and I don't see any damages in this picture" and asked for the video footage. Victor Bugos said "he does not need to look at the video footage". Also he refused to fix the damages. Now I am really sure they DID NOT have any other pictures and/or any video footage, they were just lying thinking that I wont come back to review those. So the bottom-line is they damaged my 45K car and refused to fix the damage. I have been a loyal customer of this dealership (I had purchased my 2015 QX60 from here 3 years ago and have been doing all my services here until now) but this whole experience left a very bad taste in my mouth. Will not be taking my QX60 to this dealership again. More

Each and every time I visit to have my vehicle serviced I am treated very we I have used Infiniti of Nashua for my service needs for the past 3 years. Each and every time I visit to have my vehicle serviced I am treated very well by the service department and staff in general. My vehicle is always taken care of with efficiency. This is greatly appreciated because of the commute I make from northern New Hampshire to visit the Nashua location. Would highly recommend their services. More

Professional, modern, service oriented. I actually came in for service on the wrong day (my error) but Nashua Infiniti got me right in and assessed maintenance required, which in involved br I actually came in for service on the wrong day (my error) but Nashua Infiniti got me right in and assessed maintenance required, which in involved breaks and communicated efficiently along the way. Although the work could be completed w/in 2.5 hours I was able to get a loaner vehicle to manage some personal obligations. I realize dealerships are not necessarily the most cost effective options when servicing a vehicle but at the moment I wouldn't take my G37x w/ 197,000 miles anywhere else due to the convenience factors (on-line scheduling, loaners when needed, awesome facility and Infiniti mechanics working on your car) of the Nashua Infinti service center. More
