Now 18 months later, she still loves the c We Bought our QX30 18 months ago and my wife was ecstatic about the purchase. She absolutely loves the car. Now 18 months later, she still loves the car but to try and get quality service, well let's just say it's been a Nightmare and I would prefer a Root Canal over having to go there. Our experience: 1. September 2017....we have the movers at our place to move into a new house. Get a flat tire, call Roadside assistance to come and Help. After waiting an hour and a half. They call and say they are really busy and it's going to take longer. I said never mind. I get the tire filled and Drive to Infiniti. This is my very first visit for Service. They tell me they are busy, I ask for a loaner for which the Sales department promised me when I bought the car. No loaner, you will have to wait. Furious, I wait 2 1/2 hours and I can't get to our new home to watch the move! Total Frustration. They repair the tire and I drive away only to have to go back because they did not check all the tire pressures and the TPMS light was still on and not reset. 2. We bring our car in for an Air Bag recall. Get the car back and the steering wheel is crooked, they lane departure system is not working. Bring it back, they keep the car for a few days and day it's all fixed. Lane departure still not working properly and the steering wheel is better, but still not straight. 3. 6 weeks ago, the coolant light keeps coming on. My wife brings it to them and they say, that's a quick fix. Give the car back to my wife and guess what, the coolant light comes on again the next day. Make another appointment to get it fixed. After a week they say they had to order a new Reservoir because the sensor was bad. I tell them I want the vehicles diagnostics run because we have also had an issue with the active headlights. Get the car back. My wife gives me the paper work and I notice that when they ran the Diagnostics, there was an issue with the front camera. They never mentioned it and did not fix it. 4. I have called the Service advisor left a message for him to call me. After 1 week , no call so I send an EMail to Diana to explain my disgust with the Service department. No answer back. I send a follow up email to see if she received my first EMail, no answer back. I connected to the Dealership by text and asked for Diana and was told she was not in and that they would tell her that I was trying to contact her. Here it is another week later and no call back. I wonder what it takes for them to contact me. We live in Hooksett so it's not easy to get there. I travel Mon-Fri so it's next to impossible for me to get there. And by the way, I worked in an AutoDealership for 32 years as a Service and Parts Director and would never in a Million years treat customers like this. Not sure if another Infiniti is in our future purchases! More

Qx60 certified new purchase Purchased a certified used 2015 qx60. Picked it up at night, next morning noticed 2 dents and a paint chip in door. Called my salesman and arranged fo Purchased a certified used 2015 qx60. Picked it up at night, next morning noticed 2 dents and a paint chip in door. Called my salesman and arranged for repair, aside from those repairs there were other small issues, blown bulbs in headlights (both sides), stain above visor, and a broken driver side visor. All was fixed except paint chip. Had to play phone tag with several departments to find out why paint chip was not fixed. Had to arrange yet another time to have car serviced again. Was not too pleased with how this was dealt with until Victor from service department got involved. He got the job done, looks great. Got back to us as expected and was personable throughout. Thank you Victor! Very much appreciated. It was just unfortunate we had to go through any of this with a “certified used” purchase. Also, just received our owners manual three weeks later, as one did not come with vehicle as expected. More
