Horrible and Dishonest I really had high hopes for this dealership. I came in knowing what was wrong with my car but needed a second opinion. The service person I dealt with I really had high hopes for this dealership. I came in knowing what was wrong with my car but needed a second opinion. The service person I dealt with couldn’t seem to grasp the fact that I didn’t need a diagnose. Long story short, I received a service I didn’t need and had to shell out $149 to be told something I already knew. They claimed a front light was out when it truly wasn’t. They also told me I needed to replace a part that I just replaced last month. Why would I pay $2350 for a sending unit, fuel pump m( which I replaced last month) and and an A/C meter amp?? How is that justifiable when it doesnt even take even 10 minutes to change those out? I felt completely lied too. Being a woman doesn’t make me an idiot. Clearly this dealership needs some help and the attitudes need to be checked. More
Top-notch service I called the Infiniti of Nashua service Center to get my radiator fan replaced. They asked if I would be available to bring my car in within a half h I called the Infiniti of Nashua service Center to get my radiator fan replaced. They asked if I would be available to bring my car in within a half hour, to which I responded that I would be right there. They had my car fixed and ready to go in just over an hour. I waited in a comfortable waiting room with free snacks, Wi-Fi and television. Having my own car fixed and ready to drive home in just about an hour is more than I could’ve ever expected for a service appointment. I’m super impressed with their service and wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else to service my vehicle again. Victor Burgos helped me out during my visit. Victor is truly an asset to Infiniti! If he’s not currently the individual leading the customer service efforts of your service department, he should be! Thank you Victor. More
