Fast, Friendly Service I had the first appointment on the day of major snowstorm, I ended up arriving a few minutes early and everyone was still ready for me. The service I had booked on-line was a minor one and the service advisor instructed me a major service was due at this time. We booked the major service for a future date because I explained i was in s hurry that particular morning. They went on to perform the minor maintenance, it was done quickly and the car was returned clean. Thanks ION More

When I received my estimate for the repairs needed I was a little concerned. I called and spoke with the service rep and he said he would work with us if at all possible At the end of the day for me, no matter the cost you need to feel the work was done and done right that’s what the service dept at infinity of Nashua Did for me. I drive 1.5 hrs for service because I know they are going to do an exceptional job. I have 207K miles and the car still drives beautiful! More

oil change Friendly service people but expensive services. Oil change with synthetic oil was >$100 and even with 25% off coupon cost was >$68. These charges included 6 quarts of oil at $10/quart even though the manual states 5 1/8 quarts of oil with an oil change. So since the dealership buys oil in 50 gallon drums rather than individual oil cans this results in an uncharge of 7/8 x $10 = $8.75 uncharge for each oil change they perform on this and similar cars....nice way to increase the dealership's profits without doing any additional work. Also, tried using the Albrecht Reward dollars that I had and, of course, these could not be applied to an oil change...presumably only to buying a $40,000 or more car....nice reward system you have.....won't be back for any other service for my car....local mechanics do the same job and a more reasonable price More
