In just a few minutes, I met with Justin Cairns who recommended wheels alignment based on the test results. Later, I met with Kristin MacNeil who informed me about couple car issues that Nashua Infiniti would cover under warranty. Substitute vehicle was provided and service was completed as promised. Kristin kept me updated through the day, and when I came back to pick up my car the following day, again, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The car was beautifully clean, and drove like it was brand new. I love the cleanliness of service area, and the staff is phenomenal - helpful, mind, and they don't make me feel idiotic when I ask questions. crms on a harge you work work not performed not the first time this has been a problem. had an alinement done on my Q70L was told everything was good. starting driving the car and at 60 mph the not the first time this has been a problem. had an alinement done on my Q70L was told everything was good. starting driving the car and at 60 mph the thing started shaking like mad. brought it back and they fixed it right. brought in in for an oil change and they told me the control arm was worn and needed to be replayed( at 60,000 miles) have it replaced. just brought it in for read break pads they told me i needed another alinement (2 a year?) and told me the other control arm needs replacing . they said the they replaced the read break pads but the sqeek more now then when i brought it in. no one can answer why both control arms need to be replace in a 3 year old car . it's a money maker. They charge for work that is not needed and in some cased don't do the work and charge you anyway. Victor Burgos makes one phone call and never follows up. would be nive if they csred sbout the customer but sadly thst is not the case. stay away from the dealership.... More
