Always a great experience In called Monday morning for an overdue service on my 2019 QX50. The service manager told me that there was also a Bluetooth upgrade for my vehicle and I could bring it right in. I dropped it off at 8:45, there was a complimentary vehicle waiting for me and I got a call at 1:00 that my vehicle was ready. When I arrived (1:30) my vehicle was all set and washed too! Dennis got me out of the dealership in 15 minutes and I went back to work. It’s always a great experience at this dealership and Dennis is a pleasure to work with. Chuck More

The initial diagnosis resulted in a rather hefty fee but the service team work Recently brought my infinity JX 35 into Infiniti of Nashua for service. The initial diagnosis resulted in a rather hefty fee but the service team worked with me to find available coupons and credits to keep the cost manageable. Service was provided in a timely and professional manner and my service writer Dennis even stayed after closing time to allow me to make it to the dealership to pick up my car when I was further delayed by traffic. I appreciate not only the great service but the extra effort the Dennis took to ensure they got my car back to me on the day promised. Overall a great experience. More

At 1 hr 15 heard nothing...waited till 1 hr 30min and texted someone who early texted me earlier saying they would be happy to provide updates/answer questions. Heard nothing after 5 minutes... re-texted still heard nothing back on car status... decided at 1 hr 45 min to find advisor... found them and my car was just sitting ready ...don’t set expectations and then not follow thru... I’m sure I would have been sitting there for 2 hrs + had I not sought out the advisor More
