I had never used this dealership before and they immediately found that the car needed an alignment and rear caliper was sticking and needed to be replaced. They didn't have the caliper in stock so they immediately put me in a new loaner, got me out of there, and contacted me early next day when it was done. Some may see this as inconvenient but they didn't make me stay around any longer than I needed to and, fixed the car and its operating like new. More

Dennis was great The service department was great. Very easy to deal with. Walked in, gave them my keys, got in the loaner and went to work. Before the end of the day they resolved my issue and performed a bunch of additional work covered by warranty for issues found during the general inspection. Dennis also was very careful to notice some things I didn't even notice such as burrs on the window switches. Couldn't be happier. More
