Dennis was great The service department was great. Very easy to deal with. Walked in, gave them my keys, got in the loaner and went to work. Before the end of the day they resolved my issue and performed a bunch of additional work covered by warranty for issues found during the general inspection. Great customer service from Victor P. My service consultant was friendly and went over what is scheduled. He also noticed that I requested to have the engine air filter replaced but stated My service consultant was friendly and went over what is scheduled. He also noticed that I requested to have the engine air filter replaced but stated that it was already done in my last service so he removed it instead of having the mechanics do extra work that was not required. Victor also said that the service would take an hour and everyone worked together to make that happen. Thank you Victor! More
