His adamance about how I filled out the post purchase surveys was unfortunate, and it ruined the entire purchase experience for me He doesn’t care about the customer, only ratings. When I expressed that his survey was not my number one concern or issue — and should not be his — he abruptly stopped the conversation, turned his back, and walked away from me. The only thing he needed from me was a good rating. The only thing he needed for me was a good rating. I don’t remember his name, but Keith was there and can fill in that box. Keith gets a five out of five. If any of this is disputed buy this manager, please call me. I would love to set the record straight. Just a pathetic way to end the buying experience. Mixed review I felt my intial call to the service center made me feel a little stand offish. When I explained another service center that had done my oil change r I felt my intial call to the service center made me feel a little stand offish. When I explained another service center that had done my oil change recommended I take my vehicle to the dealer for a common mechanical issue in the rear end and one they were even kind enough to print paperwork about from the manufacturer, I was told by the service advisor over the phone they had never heard of this? Well I brought the vehicle in and the intake advisor informed me this was a very common problem with my vehicle????? They did provide a loaner vehicle and finished the repair that was in question in a very timely manner, my experience at the dealership was good. More
