Scheduled oil change but did not receive I made an appointment for an oil change. I even discussed with Victor when I got there about getting one. Waited an hour he said everything was good I made an appointment for an oil change. I even discussed with Victor when I got there about getting one. Waited an hour he said everything was good and I was all set to go. After leaving I noticed the window sticker was never changed, my car was saying “service was due” and he never gave me any paper work. I returned and said it doesn’t seem like I got an oil change... victor said “that’s wierd” and told me to wait for him to look into it. He returned and said the oil was never changed your car was only “serviced” today. He said you don’t need an oil change and explained some people do it every 5k miles but you can do every 10k. If I didn’t want an oil change then I wouldn’t have scheduled an oil change and sat there for over an hour. I feel like he was trying to deceive me and let me leave thinking an oil change was done. I think it should have been my choice if I wanted it done or not... I feel like because it was my second complimentary service (because I bought a certified preowned) he took it apron himself to say I didn’t need one but if I were paying out of pocket there would have been no problem getting the oil change I expected. I didn’t cause a scene I only said why would you send me on my way thinking I got an oil change but really none was done and left it at that but since you asked for my opinion here is. More
Classic "used car" experience This dealership is going downhill fast. I began a relationship with them in 2009. Finest car I ever bought. Service impeccable. Of late, I needed some headlight work on that same vehicle. The service rep tried to charge me $100 over the actual price to get the work done - I had to verify it over the internet. Oh and OMG, the number of texts and voicemails I got to "confirm the appointment..." I also had other services performed and I felt like I had to negotiate with the service rep over everything. Undaunted, I brought my wife back to the dealership to buy a CPO used vehicle. The sales rep was ok, the "Finance" guy an absolute nightmare. Disgraceful in the way that he treated us. Worth a novel for a later time. Now I sit here 3 days later, I have no record of the transaction, I got no owners manual (later corrected but I had to ask for it), no registration even though I paid $499 for "dealer prep" and registration. My wife is afraid to bring her vehicle back for service. Be very very careful when approaching this dealership. I will not return. More

Replace failed parts The team took care of my issues and went the extra mile dealing with my warranty I purchased through CarMax. At first they told me my sun visors wer The team took care of my issues and went the extra mile dealing with my warranty I purchased through CarMax. At first they told me my sun visors were not covered but Victor Pena pushed harder and found the CarMax mistake. The price of a new visor is 250 dollars so I am certainly happy someone was pushing on my behalf. More
