I was even sent a personalized Youtube video description of a model I liked, now can you beat that? Henry, the salesperson I worked with was a reflection of the overall attitude of this dealership, extremely polite, patient and respectful with the customer. One of the easiest car buying experience I have had so far. Two thumbs up! More

Amazing Experience. my boyfriend bought a car from Shawn Quinn back in July and he only had good things to say so i figured when i was ready for a new car i'd go see him my boyfriend bought a car from Shawn Quinn back in July and he only had good things to say so i figured when i was ready for a new car i'd go see him and i did, it was by far the best experience ever i went other car dealerships and they were all very rude and impatient with me but at Infiniti of nashua they were all so super nice had a ton of snacks and were soo polite. they didn't push me into getting anything extra to make my payment more, they tried but after i said no they didn't push me anymore and they still got me a really good warranty for 7 years and a year of free maintenance, over all it was such an amazing experience and i will definitely be going back when i'm all done with this car!! More

Definitely NOT a "Dealer of the Year" type of place I will only describe my experience here as somewhat heartbreaking, somewhat humiliating and very time wasting. Speaking to one sales associate for day I will only describe my experience here as somewhat heartbreaking, somewhat humiliating and very time wasting. Speaking to one sales associate for days, lining up the purchase of a new Infinity, (preowned actually). We covered all the basics. She was friendly and professional. I'm close to 50 so I've dealt with car purchasing for many years now. Each experience was just fine and pleasant, up until this day. We arrived, having lined-up the visit for days. We simply wanted to test-drive the car, buy it and then go about some Christmas shopping. We live 2 to 2 1/2 hours away and they were aware of how long our trip would be when we came. We knew we'd have to do the dog and pony show of dealing with salespeople who would want to up-sell us etc. That was fine. We brought our own letter and check to buy the car. I financed via my own bank. (MY OWN BANK..MY OWN CHECK). After days and hours of dealing with them, we arrived to a complete, stereotypical bait-and-switch. We were told that "Sure, the prices were what was listed online and told to us by the initial salesperson, but there would be one little caveat: They don't accept financing from outside their own organization for non-new vehicles. This was told to us at least twice and within the first 3-4 minutes of arriving. The experience just worse from there. We ended up with a pack of salesmen barking at us on different things. The sales manager speaking to us as if WE'D done something wrong just by coming in, attempting to "explain how it works'... All the while, chewing and smacking gym through his words. Classy and not off-putting at all, right? Another salesman told us that we simply "should have read the fine print". This experience was like an SNL skit. All the stereotypes were at play. It was really that bad, that cliche' and that shady. Our financing bank eventually called us to let us know they are indeed a finance partner of this dealership, what we were told was inaccurate/untrue and now that bank is apparently considering whether or not to keep Infinity of New Hampshire as one of its finance partner dealerships. I hate posting something negative about any business. I'm a small business owner myself. But this went beyond a garden variety, irritating car buying experience. It crossed over into, what was in my opinion, fraud. Or at least close to it. **I did hear from the VP of Sales and one of the salesmen afterward. That was really appreciated and their kindness in reaching out was classy and kind. I just wish it could have meant getting the car I had spent so much time, effort and money on getting. Oh well. Live and learn. More
